The things not said. For instance, not said when Jane Harman conspired with a foreign spy and being busted by the now legal wiretaps is, treason. This is left unsaid because the penalty for treason is death and this in of itself would level the cross hairs on most of the politics as usual good ole boys in the system currently committing a litany of treasonous acts from the on going banker thievery to the passing of laws that protect foreign countries political agendas within our borders. But the biggest treasonous granddaddy of all is the continuous push to consolidate power over we the people into foreign hands such as the UN and NATO aligned bankers and Builderberg Group aka the New World Order aka the Globalists. While the Zionist Occupied Government keeps pushing we the people into a corner, we know the players in Washington DC are playing with fire, because the penalty for treason is death.

We don't hear the word treason much any more. Treason: the betrayal of trust. The offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family. We the people are the sovereign and it is our families with which the trust is being broken. It is us they are now personally injuring with the looting of our nation. It is us that are being lied to by the not spoken of Plunge Protection Team disallowing the truth of the free market. It is us being sold down the river towards a totalitarian dictatorship with the likes of federal hate crime bills being passed by the treasonous individuals that we the people trusted with the powers given. It is us being terrorized by wars created on lies and hyperbole of non events such as the on going swine flu reaching level 6 by an organization that decides for the world what is what and what we do, yet derives its power by foreign ideals and laws. It is us that is hurt by corporations outsourcing employment to the lowest bidding country while the government forks over mountains of bail out money to create factories in foreign countries. It is us being hurt by our elected officials and our sell out treasonous protectors and the penalty for treason is death.

What is it that makes our elected officials risk death to sell us down the river? Could it be they are more afraid of "them" over "us?" One can only imagine somebody somewhere is holding the proverbial gun to our officials heads when they come from the secret meetings and exclaim that they were threatened with martial law if they didn't bail out the robbers entrenched in the global treasonous banking agenda. The threat of martial law from foreign organizations on our soil is unthinkable, unconstitutional, and treasonous. Martial law will hurt the sovereign of the states aka us and if/when it is ever implemented, anyone declaring and enforcing it is committing treason and the penalty for treason is death.

April 28th, 2009 The Massachusetts Senate unanimously passed a pandemic flu preparation bill 36-0. This is a Martial Law Bill.

The bill specifically mandates the following:

(1) to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises;
(2) to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any building or facility, and to allow the reopening of the building or facility when the danger has ended;
(3) to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated, or to destroy any material;
(4) to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
(5) to require a health care facility to provide services or the use of its facility, or to transfer the management and supervision of the health care facility to the department or to a local public health authority;
(6) to control ingress to and egress from any stricken or threatened public area, and the movement of persons and materials within the area;
(7) to adopt and enforce measures to provide for the safe disposal of infectious waste and human remains, provided that religious, cultural, family, and individual beliefs of the deceased person shall be followed to the extent possible when disposing of human remains, whenever that may be done without endangering the public health;
(8) to procure, take immediate possession from any source, store, or distribute any anti-toxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical agents or medical supplies located within the commonwealth as may be necessary to respond to the emergency;
(9) to require in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination, treatment, examination, or testing of any individual as a condition of licensee, authorization, or the ability to continue to function as a health care provider in the commonwealth.
They're most likely going to be forcing us to take extremely dangerous, at best, vaccines. Baxter Pharmaceutical has already applied for the vaccine permit and to force any kind of vaccine onto us, the sovereign, is committing bodily harm. To circumscribe the peoples right to say no is unconstitutional and harmful to the people and their families and is treasonous and the penalty for treason is death.
