I always heard this term. And I always assumed it was a word for the REALLY rural people, but since being from the deep south we were all rural, it seemed like the word had a particular meaning.
I hear the small-toothed nation use this quite a bit, so is "Galti" a reference towards you ... because I'm sure there's no other usage for that word.

Galti/Guri are just names for the people who were part of different Marehan expansion waves in the south.
