Xasan Turki and Sh. Muxammad Cabdullaah
Maybe this should be in Ogaden forum, but I think also other people know about them.
Does anyone have biography of Hasan Turki or any general information about him before time of Maxaakim? I heard he is from reer Cabdille, what after that?
Other person I'd like to know more about is shaikh Muhammad Abdullah who was famous shaikh of hadith in Makkah and was born in Ogadenia and died about 10 yrs ago. Does anyone have information of him and what is his qabiilkiis? I heard from mariyooley that he was castrated by xabashi and that's why never got married. Is this true? A while back in a bookstore I saw newly printed explanation of sahih Muslim by Muhammad Abdullah al-Harari that consists of dozens of books and from the seller I got the impression that it's the same shaikh although he didn't know much.

Salahuddiin aka somali-star is an ogaden "mujahid" hiding in london.
turki came from ogadenia as an illiterate adult and joined siad barre's army as a soldier, he took part in the war crimes in somaliland. he is hiding in ras kiambone because he knows a cruise missile is waiting to strike him if he sets foot out of ras kiambone.

Re: Xasan Turki and Sh. Muxammad Cabdullaah
here is some of Sheik Hassan Turki Biography
Sheikh Hassan Turki was born in the Ogaden to Faduma and Sheikh Mohamed. He comes from a large family consisting of fourteen people, including his father's second wife.
Hassan Turki spent his early years in a nomadic environment, where he writes that "seasons of plenty" with "fragrant flowers blooming all over the fallowed fields, abundant milk and meat" alternated with the "perennial threat of starvation during droughts, marauding gangs of enemy clans bent on murder and mayhem, stripping you of your livestock, the ever-present danger of ravenous predators."
In 1958, his father, who had been working for the government as an Islamic magistrate since 1948, sent for him to begin schooling. Hassan Turki subsequently moved to the town of Qalaafo, transitioning from nomadic life to urban life. A sixteen year old at the time, Hassan Turki found himself surrounded by eight year old classmates. He says that while the experience in general was humiliating, he endured.
He completed his early education with a stint at a middle school in Nazareth, Ethiopia.
In 1970, Hassan Turki began working at the National Teaching College in Somalia alongside several Saudi librarians. There, an Saudi friend suggested that he continue his education at a university in the Saudi Arabia
Coming to the Saudi Arabia on a scholarship, Hassan Turki commenced studies at Medina College in the holly city of Medina. He attended early morning and night classes, while working during the day as a welder to support his wife, who at the time was pregnant with their two kids. Hassan Turki graduated from Medina College in 1973 with a degree in Islam Religio. He followed that with a Master's degree in Northeast African history, and received a graduate certificate in African studies. In 1979, he obtained a doctorate in African history from Cairo University.

ina baxar your somali and hyper are the same and understandable. kolombo is one of my favorite posters now. he was born and bred in somalia and is somali like me and every somali. but most ogaden somalinet posters are ogadens from western somalia in ethiopia who fraudently claimed refugee status as somalis from somalia. they hate peace in somalia like u somalilanders do. both of u want independence ictiraaf. take your war to them.Ina Baxar wrote:American suffi , horta waxa weeye , sheikhii cagdheerta e Snet joogay e Kolombo la odhan jiray baa xalay hadlay![]()
