You can't deny the fact that women have it easy in Islam.
The worst thing in the world is the burden of earning a living. They are not required to earn a living.They have a right to be maintained by their male relatives/husband. If she works and spends on her relatives/kids...it is charity work for her.
When Rasullullah(salalahu caleyhi wa salam) wanted to see the good quality of a man, he would look how he treats his wife.
Maimoona, the wife of Rasuullullah(salalahu caleyhi wa salaam) said she would take bath after janaba and Rasullullah(salalahu caleyhi wa salam) would use her left overs for bath. And he was the best of men.

Now salad subax is 4am in the masjid and it is 15 minutes away and scary. Believe me, it is not easy. Women pray in their rooms and get the same Xassanaad.
All a woman needs to do is pray her five daily salad, fast her Ramadan and obey her husband. She enters Jannah in any gate she chooses. AND they are still minority there!!!!

POLYGAMY....one unmarried woman can destroy countless marriages through zinnah. It is an important tool to fight zinnah.
The heart has dark and light conditions. DUNYA is darkness for the heart. Akhirah is light for the heart.
So a heart that gets the darkness(dunya)/akhirah(light) balance right will be able to see polygamy has bigger benefit than the small inconvinience.

The problem with today's women is ignorance of Islam. They do not know their rights in Islam and that opens the door to abuse in dunya and could even destroy their akhirah.....They are too lazy to learn the diin and they have only themselves to blame.

The problem with today's women is ignorance of Islam. They do not know their rights in Islam and that opens the door to abuse in dunya and could even destroy their akhirah.....They are too lazy to learn the diin and they have only themselves to blame.

I agree that Islam has honored women, but to lay the blame for their ignorance of the deen on them isn't always true. In many parts of the world, fathers never send their daughters to madrassah or Islamic schools, how do you expect them to know the religion then? In Taliban country, girls schools are closed down and its very rare to find girls in madrassahs. Even in Somalia, for a very long time it was rare to find girl madrassahs, our mothers' generations don't know the Qur'an because they were never sent to madrassah whereas their brothers were sent. Wouldn't it make more sense to educate women since they will be mothers someday?

untill recently women/girls werent educated and were not taught their rights as a muslim women. even TODAY! some countries dont allow women/girls to be educated. just take a look at Afghanistan-and these crazy exremist who think they can make their own sharia law.! for crying out dont blame women not knowing their rights, there are bad evil leaders in this world. who will try and do anything to get power. if that means operessing certain people, groups, genders, so it will be. sometimes i think...i dont care who you are, what you do for living, just tell me which page of hadhith and ayah i this rule u made, from?- there are mad man laws pacticed these days, even in muslim countries. people seem to put emotions before the law of allah.

I was correcting Lacag when he said women's ignorance about the religion is their own fault when it isn't always the case. If anything the Prophet (saw) said the best fathers are those who treat their daughters better than their sons. That's why its very important to educate girls in the religion and in everything else.
