Nomad is dependent on water, if we don't provide that the economy will collapse. Therefore maybe this worth the investment, but obviously their needs to be assessments done in bari, nugaal, sool, sanaag, mudug, only places where puntland controls and see if the environment gives this sort of investment a good return..Please add your opinions..

what happen to the so called 65 mill

The drought affects nomadic areas from Togdheer down to Mudug yearly.
Nomadic life isn't what it used to be in the 80's and the years previous to that, water is scarce and the animals health aswell as the nomads are on the decline.

The only thing administrations could do is try to preserve water in tankers in periods leading up to the droughts so that they can supply them for a period of time to the nomads.
Right about now people back home are praying for rain, hopefully soon it shall fall.
