Done with Garissa and is Kismaayo turn

my brother just come back from garissa and told me that now the land in garissa cost more then nairobi land, the city is overwhelmed by new construction.
Ogs are now turning to building Kismaayo from Ground up. in two yrs time, kismaayo will have new building like the one above insha, aalah.

Good jobs Ogadens. Can you move on to Beled Xawo next and build it from ground up too.
