Shabab and all the religious warlords do not want to negioate for peace, they have an agenda their funded by external sources who demand they capture somalia not negioate with somalia. They are just doing as their bosses order, therefore its pointless to negioate with them as that won't change their plan of total capture of somalia and put it under islamic system. They are doing this for political control and the foreign factor is funding them because they need a base to use other then afghanistan to use as training camps for future mujahidin to attack western interests.

We all know afghanistan did that for bin laden, and we all see what afghanistan is paying for that. The question is do somalis wan't to pay the same price. If you don't well you take Abdullahi yusuf route and fight these sons of bitches, or you take sharif route negioate with them and then find out they don't want to negioate and then "declare" war on them which is right back to square 1.

It is not joke you can't negioate with terrorists, its just not possible or reasonable to do so. Sharif miscalculate his supporters specially the remnant of Islamic Courts ,some of them were actually disloyal to him and pretended part of his gov'mnt , but the facts tell different The Al-Itihad and its foot soldiers Al-shabaab were more advanced than the Sharif gov'mnt . they install way ahead their elements in Shariif's government , and when the war started they abonden their position and some of them actually join the Shabaab forces , shooting the gov'mnt forces !!!!!! with all that damage , I still believe president Shariif has good chances to overcome his mistakes and need to appeal to all somalis to stop this Redical Medievel mercenaties,,otherwise ,, Godane & Aweys will have freelance CHOPPING more Somali hands !
