I have recieved what seems like a great offer from a real estate agent friend of mine in US but wanted few inquries from my somalinet yanks. In particular I am interested in Short sale strategy. Any somalinetter familiar with it? I do know its a very long process and often doesnt close and if it does takes at least 4 months minimal. This agent claims part of the American Recovery Act 2009 caters to this but I could not find any online? Anyone have an access to it?

What about the proposed reforms in the bankruptcy laws. Was the Bankruptcy legislation code which allowed judges to re-write the contracts(allowing untangling of the securatized bundles and in process wiping few holders) passed or was killed by the useless beaurocrat embiciles. Which senator or house representative proposed it? I would like to get in touch with him or her, at least via email if possible.
