I feel abused

by my " friend" she calls me when she needs some ..... u got the point. but there are times that i need more . like stay there have lunch with her go for a walketc more than chop chop. the problem is that i dont want admit that i like her a lot and want more than what we have . if i tell her how i feel i may loose this free ride if i dont i will keep feelin this way used and abused . so how do i approach this
