Every TFG Should Try of New Ways of Bringing about Change

There were about 10 different TFGs since 1991, and u know why they didn't work, non of them bring some changes, they all were on the same course, just working on the same old, useless constitution, that nobody even enforces.

They should pass new laws that will help the government stand on it's feet.
They should stop going to foriegn countries for food and for military aid
they should outlaw Warlordism, and ban War-lords running for Somali president .
pass new laws outlawing piracy, road block etc!
They should start collecting weapons from the hands of civilians and out-law the selling and buying of weapons.
They should pass new laws banning Somali regions from trying to secede or be independent.
They should order puntland to hand over their weapons and choose a governor and stop dealing with foriegners or referring themselves as a government, same for Somaliland too.
If the 4.5 didn't work for the old goverments, the new TFG, should try another method of electing it's members.
they should stop letting parliement members voting for presidents, and instead give the power to the ppl to vote, they could at least get some support.
They should cut down this 500 parliament members to 250 or less. they should elected to representives from every region and the president should have no power, the prime minister should have the power, So nobody else fights over presidency again.

If all else fails we will pull the life support off Somalia, Somalia is on a life support from UN, EU and remittances from Somalis in the diasparo.
All these Somalis sending money back home and UN feeding these ppl with free food, is making them more arrogant and never care about a goverment or peace, pull the plug on Somalia (I know it's evil, but what is left to do), No food from UN, no salary from EU, no remittances, no nothing, just you and the land, and give them a couple years, and every body giving-up on power, egotism, tribalism and politics, such survival will be the number one priority.
