Do you have photos of your family at work?

I just noticed that every single white female at work who is above the age of 25 has a photo of a boyfriend/husband/friends/kids/pets on her desk. And a lot of white married males have photos of their kids on their desks. The 3 black people do not.
I think there is something odd about putting a picture of someone on your desk.

I do have pictures of my family and close friends at my work.....I like to see them every morning.

I don't have them at work on a public dispay but I have a picture of my son Junior Jn on my work laptop as destop background and as a screen saver.
Each time I am tempted to quit job or try to do something risky I remember him as I pay for him an expensive private Montessori method based Nursery school and expensive lifestyle for a toddler.
Keeps me focus on my energy in doing a good job so I could afford to do little bit extra for those I care the most....

I have the picture of my dog on my desk......Its small picture and u can only see it if u look around

I actually have some members of my families photos on my desk and on my wall...Some are also in my computer as a screen saver or wallpaper I just love it..
