Its not the same guy. That guy was Kooshin Mohamed, this guy is Ciid Badal, a left over from Abdullahi Yusuf who didnt get the memo.

Say what you want about Maj. Gen. Pres. Maxammed Siyaad Barre but he was presidential in every sense of the word.
