What’s up with East Africans and the Airport?

I’ve spent the past Couple of days traveling by plane and I noticed like 60% of the black faces( after spending so much time on Somalinet I have been properly schooled on how to spot an east African lol) I saw were East African.

I also couldn’t help but notice they didn’t smile or seem very friendly to anybody. I went to buy a juice and doughnut at a little café and the two EA men behind the counter looked at me like I insulted their mamas when I asked them what kind of juices they had. And don’t get me started on the guys driving the passenger carts………..

..besides, they are not getting paid to smile; so long as they are polite to you

Yes they are. If you work in customer service you should know the importance of appearing friendly.

At first figured they were just tired from being in a busy Airport all day but then I noticed the rest of the employees didn’t seem that way.
