They're not discussing anyone in particular. Those people in that topic are not even Caribbean, they're all s-netters. Wonder why they were also discussing Basra, Cilmiile, and Mad-Mac?

The topic starter there was right, Somalis have comprehension problems. The fact that its 4 or 5 Somalis chatting in a dominican forum should let you know that they were all familiar with somalinet and use it regularly.
