Maxamed C/laahi Oomaar is Somaliweyn's Foreign Minister he is Isaaq and I believe he is Ciise Muse or something like that, never the less his father passed away in Hargeysa and the adminstration there refused for him to land in Hargeysa to part take in his own father Funeral.

I think it's a huge mistake on the Government's side. All the guy wanted was to come to Hargeysa bury his father and depart the next day. Was that really to much to ask for?

Since the guy is a Somali Foreign Minister, that right there was too much for the SL government to handle. Bad decision on their part.
