The only real Cagdheers on this forum are Dangirl (Ogadeenian), New-York24 (Reer Dhobleey or Afmadow), and The_Patriot (Reer Kismayo/Kenya). The others are insecure Habar Gidirs. Actually, I don't even know since there are Ogadens (Galia) pretending to be Habar Gidir...Cagdheers are strange and lets just leave it there.

As to the ORIGINS of Ilka-Yar for Marehan, it comes from the Quule seed that they traditionally snack on. This plant has an acidic property that wears down teeth over time. I can't believe none of the Marehans on this forum knew it.

Seeing that one of the Isaaq clans has this name too, I'll guess that its because of Khat's ability to wear down teeth.
