Cheap Universities Abroad

I am going to Uni next fall and I am interested if you nomads had any experiarance with studying abroad in cheaper Universities. I have heard of alot of Somalis studying in malaysia and some other countries in Asia. My main problem is that I have the choice to go to one of the best Unis in Canada and one of the best in the world and I might not get the educational experience in other countriess. I have saved up enough to pay for the first year, around 10 grand. So I am going to have to work in between the summer and hope for scholarships and burseries for the the rest of the years. It will be especially difficult do the the world wide recession. Please share our experiances or if you know someone who has studied abroad.

I am interested in Chemical engineering or Mining engineering.

i got accepted 3 universities and i dont think im going neither of them.
looking for cheap ones that fits my pocket.
