Setting up a cooperative to rent a 1 bedroom apartment to host visitors who come and visit. The apartment would be fully furnished and can be booked in advance for shortterm stay not last more than 1 week.

Think about it no hotel, a place where you can host your friends etc and any people you can't bring home.

There were a couple guys who used to have such a flat back in the mid 1990s.
