Shareef Dalxis Needs To Step Down
For the good of the people. He's getting ran amock with and hiding behind AMISOM tanks will only take Him so far. If He cannot defend His Gov, He should leave and spare the poor people of Xamar more barkac and devastation. He is a weak leader anyway and the task at hand is way more than He can chew.

Re: Shareef Dalxis Needs To Step Down
Murax, if I look at it from the government's perspective. Stepping down at this point would be catastrophic for them, destroy whatever moral was left in their militia and disfigure the government. Shiekh Sharif is an Islamist from Benadir. There is not another one with his national name except Aweys and this guy is anti-government.
Besides what makes you think he is not loving being the president even a fake presidency like this one? Today he used the line approving foreign troops that Abdullahi Yusuf has always used.

“Ciidamada la dalbanaayo ma’ahan ciidamo ujeedoodu tahay in ay dhibaato gaarsiiyaan Shacabka ujeedadu waxaa ay tahay in ay bad baadiyaan isalamarkaana ay ku shaqeeyaan arigatida dowladda iyagoo danaynaya dahanha shacabka Soomaaliyeed”ayuu hadalkiisa intaasi ku daray.

Re: Shareef Dalxis Needs To Step Down
Many people are counting on him, if he steps down now it would be a moral destruction for this government. That is not wise to do so.
By the way who says the problem will end if he steps down?
The next show we are waiting for should the mucaarad succeed is: xisbul islam vs Alshabaab
Remember, these groups are united in their common enemy but totally divided on politics. One group wants to share power with king of irhabis Osama Binshaytan while exporting jihad from somalia to neightboring countries, and the other group doesnt want that.

Sheik Sharif should stand strong and continue to fight these bast, ards.
These bastards won't quit. The only solution in dealing with a cancer like Al Shabab & Xisbi Islami is to be as brutal as them: TFG assasin squads, target proShabab/Xisbi groups, arrest & seize financial backers of these groups, set up bounties for their leaders.
