Kiimiko threw in the towels. He doesn't wanna play no more, b/c the new 2 year old dominion of Puntland is failing.

This is alarming, since Galmudug is created to become an effective Bufferzone and Human Shield for Puntland against Al Shabaab maniacs.

Btw, there are elections to be held soon in Galmudug. Kiimiko had a fall out with the administration.

Xamud, Puntland is a bufferzone for Somaliland against Alshabaab maniacs.
