You can keep siting and praying for a government but even if a government forms as long as the "ina adeer" culture exists there will never be a Somalia and that culture is nowhere near close to going away. It is sad for me to admit but only Al Shabaab and their strict non-tribal, theocratic dictatorship can save Somalia. Somalia wiht a normal government will never be Somalia and it will continue to unravel like a loosely tied rope.

Bal eeg, the country has been destroyed by clannism and they build the government on "4.5" formula which is a manifestation of the root problem. If you were trying to clean yourself why shower with mud?
