bin baz is the psuedo salafi aka wahabis saint and all his life as their leader, he licked the saudi royal's ass. he sanctioned in a fatwa george bush the first's invassion of iraq in 1990 and the stationing of 100's of thousands of american troops in saudi arabia. that is their eminent scholar they qoute all the time.
