Excellent update. I even have graduation that occured hyderabad also. Puntland has seriously been advancing the education sector linking puntland higher learning institutes with sweden higher learning institutes and also developing ties with nahrul state government in sudan over scholarships, religious studies, quotas for puntland students and other areas. Not to mention the federal somalia education slice of yemen scholarship.

So its all gravy...

Osmano we met the education minister in Birmingham and we have discussed many things towards education in Puntland. It is splendid up until now but it can be still much better. I was in the conference hall listening his speech which took less than an hour and I was much surprised. Believe it or not we have voluntary teachers who will work in routine and ready to get paid an equivalent salaries as those back in Puntland.
