Somalia After civil War

by the year 2020, almost 90% of somalia population will be civil war veterans. unlike american veterans, they will be last to be employed, no goverement assistant wat so ever, can not hold any civil administration. they will be punished base to which group they been with during civil war.
Alshabaab Veterans. The goverement will build some sort of Gautanamo Bay keep all alshabaab veterans.
Mooryaan: will be send 5yrs in rehabilitation center. they have to be reeducated from stratch.
All so called TFG veterans. also will be send the new somalia gautanamo bay with alshabaab. since they are both gangs, they will be forced to fight each other like during civil war every day with out guns. so they finish of each other.
Abdulahi yusuf and aways will be locked the same cell.
Shariif and Turki will also be locked the same cell .
