well the perception that other people have is that the last governments domestic policies where Qabiil orientated, I don`t know why you get angery you have platform now to reject those claims and disprove them
and when people say siyaad barre they think darood(which one can object to why they think in that manner since he was the president of all Somalis)
but by keeping silent about perception that other people have of our late president or only taking credit of the good side of siyaad barre(aun) not only do you downgrade his legacy and his great accomplished for the Somali nation but you justify such a illegitimate claims
unless you confront people unfound perceptions of siad barre you inevitable justify peoples unfound and folk tale stories.
