OK you got an answer, stop rambling about nonsense- besides tuulo Jidali (1000 ppl) 10 kms from Erigavo- Dhulbhante serve zero purpose in Sanaag except taking tips as victims from the Isaaqs and latching Sanaag to their self-victim plight when in reality they only have 1 hotel in Erigavo and serve no purpose politically.

There are midgaans in every corner and cravis of Sanaag I dont see them playing the victim
