South galkacyo Puntland shaqo kuma leh. Just stay across the green-zone galmudug or ahlul sunnah or whatever administration represents you. The last thing South Galkacyo needs is war. South Galkacyo is not apart of Puntland administration nor do we want it to be. 15 year peace-agreement must not be broken.

The situation in galkacyo is very shaky as their is new administration that has taken over south galkacyo called ahlul sunnah wal jama'ah, they have taken over galmudug juristiction. So their is little skermishes happening in the green zone area where there is line that runs thru the city. The north-side is puntland, the south-side is galmudug but now its ahlul sunnah as they took over a week ago.

So we must make sure they don't cross into puntland juristictions of north galkacyo, and their was border tussle..2 dead 1 wounded...the situation was quickly fused which is good before it gets out hand.

Puntland constitution is very clear who and what is incorporated into Puntland. It is darod only, their is no need to incoporate others because it will cause tensions in the future and who knows a civil war. Its best ppl are left to rebuild themselves with their own ppl. That is Puntland idealogy. Abdullahi Yusuf didn't enter into el afweyn and further into sland terriotory and he made it clear why he didn't because we don't cross into other tribe boundaries, even though he had the capability to do so as bbc were shocked why he just stopped the invasion when he was defeating sland so quickly.

Its better to leave ppl with their own tribes..it works out better for everyone really..

Khalid...when east-timor was given the right to separate...why did they separate? because they were christians whilsts indonesia was majority muslim..same goes kosovo they were given separation because they were muslims whilst serbia was christian...and every other separation u see today it is to do with qabil or religion. Eritrea is the same also they were given separation because of their majority muslim population whilst addis was christian.

Reality of the world works on qabil and religion, therefore puntland which is reality government also uses the same idealogy...BBC was interviewing abdullahi back then and he didnt invade el-afweyn because it wasn't majority of his tribe..but he could've of he wanted to do he was whooping isaaq all over the place..infact the isaaq were so scared they even tried to negioate peace between abdullahi and cade so they can use that as "advantage" point to convince yusuf not to attack them.

But abdullahi wasn't about conquering other ppl...their is no point conquerin others because they will just form rebel groups and instabilty in your juristiction. Therefore sacad we have peace agreement with them which has been going on for 15 years and that has worked for us the best, marka we aint going to fock up something that works.

Sacad dont want to be in majority darod government government, they will feel like outsiders and will cause trouble in the future. Marka they can do their own thing and choose whatever they want. But we wont force Puntland on them if they dont want it..no point forcing anything on anyone...but the peace-agreement between the clan-elders which has been working for us for 15 years now needs to be respected by whatever administration they choose...that is all that matters for Puntland.

Besides sacad live in 1 degan baraxley out of 15 degans of galkacyo...they are not half and half..their really 2% of the cities population.
