Farooles plan was to swift the capital from mogadisho , and tell the international community Somalia’s problem is its capital. But will it solve the problem moving the capital to garowe and , ignoring the problems in mogadisho?

if this is true..and they move the capital to garowe it will be the end of Puntland...

It has potential for growth most definitely, though if they're leaving Xamar, I'd imagine Bosaso would be more desirable - after all it has all the amenities of Xamar without the Hutu headache.

I wanna see the xabashi TFG and the Fufu's and all their supporters gone from Somali soil not to re-located to another part of Somalia..
anyway if they wellcome the filthy TFG and their jareer merceneries to garowe..that will mean the end of Puntland..but I dont think people of puntland are foolish enough to let the TFG re-locate into puntland soil...
