Where is the proof

Australia claimed they are holding Australian citizens of Somali origin for allegedly planning to mount an attach on army base in that country saying they have been tracking these people several months I wonder if this is one of the pranoi coming from the western world and propoganda in some cases setting up innocent people may be inorder to higten the fear of their societies about Islam,could these guys be innocent and were minding their own business trafilling to Somalia for whatever reason so if they say they were planning to attach the base with fire arms and kill as many millatery man as they can untill they are killed hence suicidal where is the proof of the fire arms they were planning to use.
