Gedo community, what happened?

Some of the most visible forumers on somalinet happened to b from this province. Their daily routines include constant faan and glorification of a certain sub clan who isn't that great in number and intelectually inferior to almost all other somali clans perhaps with axception of the ogaden clan who have been subjects of Ethiopian regime understandibly so, but what has held this clan back in taking their place in advancing their region after all they had been in control for more than 20 yrs yet they hadn't produced a single notable professor, intellect, leader who has had the leadership ability to lift them from their status quo today. It's trully sad state for the marexaan clan as even the tiniest clans such warsangeli and awrtable have more political prowses than them. They rank low in almost all important categories and when it comes to education, they are almost non existant. I haven't heard of marexaan professional in my life. I haven't witness witty marexaan politician. The province of gedo is in the hands of primitive hand chopping alshababs and their folks are confused as to who to turn to for leadership. I think it's about time the marexaan intellectuals in somalinet to stepped up to the plate instead of them acting like the class clowns. After all Gedo won't build itself, as it's the poorest region in Somalia today with almost no development it needs all the help from their diaspora community.
They also need unified voice to rally behind besides that 1 warlord col. barre hiirale who seems to be chased around by the arab wanabes Alshababs every once in a while. They need to wake up, after all somalinet wont improve their standings and their constant attempts to elevate their internet status wont do the trick. Look at Isaqs to learn thing or two of how to build state from sctrach and how to in every aspect.
Yaad iska dhisaysaan ma dadka somalinet. War dadkiina wax u qabta gaajo yahay oo sidan isku dhaama. Their only hope is voltage, he seems to the smartest ilka yar here. I hope he doesn't turn out to be that class clown advo who just hasn't got clue about life and that idiot coolpoison with his trademark bijj this and that 24/7. Waxaa la yidhi hadii aad rabtid in aad ogatid mustaqbalka umad, eeg dhalinteeda sida ay yihiin and going by that it aint good, not good fellas. In order to get respect you need to earn it.

Voltage in their culture there are various words for qamadi and upon further reserach I discovered that the following words indeed mean qamadi for different purposes.
gabrummaa = qamadi in the winter
gufachiifamuun = unflavored cooked qamadi, usually on a full moon
gaggeessuun = Seance qamadi, when communicating with the dead
You can find all this, in his post.

Why isn't Gedo or the mythical "Jubbaland" being built by the Marehan diaspora? According to Voltage, they form the largest diaspora community in the U.S., so where is all their welfare money going?

Coolpoison,
You'r missing the point again. Bashing Somalistan is not gonna feed starving that starving marexaan kid, old man or ailing lady. Do you think they care of what you think of some internet character named somalistan. You need to try harder, put your heads together and come up with something more usefull to you and your people. My people are well established, and I can sleep tight tonight knowing that my cities and my people are allright. I have the luxury. Dad baa ii maqan ceelna waa qodan yahay. adiga maxaad haysaan, af qashuusha oo faan badan. Duli ilaa duli.

Yes very funny quotes right outa of our own class clown advo.

BUT

how does few jokes relevent to your diring situation.
Mise waxaad isku qancisaan qosol iyo been iyo waxaas. This is the moment for the marexaan intellects in snet. It's the self realization, the healing process shall begin. First except your lowly status then proceed to do something about it. GO.

Somalistan inaad naanaab tahay baan ku sheegaya. Ur the only somali clan who killed each other for donated Qamadi and then U want to talk about others? Ma wax lagu shir tagayo miya?
Ur own elders ayaa ku calaacalaya that Ur the Oromo of Waqoyiland. Ma ku keena qoraalka?
The difference between Marehan and Ur tiny clan's that Marehan waxay degta Jubaland + Galgadud and Ur tiny clan half city of Burao and then U want to come and debate with me about afara Jubaland iyo bartamaha.
Come talk to me once Ur own on Ur feet and magac instead of Using the IIdor name to survive.
