What the hell happened to Sharia??

You have to be 40+ and not married to a non-somali.

This is an extract from the TFG constitution:

1. Qof walba wuxuu xaq u leeyahay inuu isu sharaxo jagada madaxweynaha haddii
uu buuxiyo shuruudaha soo socda:
a) Inuu/inay yahay/tahay muwaadin Jamhuuriyadda Soomaaliyeed.
b) Da'diisu ka yareyn afartan (40) sanno.
c) Inuu/inay yahay/tahay Muslim kuna dhaqma/dhaqanta
waalidiintiisuna/waalidiinteeduna yihiin muwaadin Soomaaliyeed.
d) Shisheeye qabin, inta xilka uu/ay hayana/haysana guursan shisheeye.
e) Dhimmirkiisu dhan yahay, horeyna aan loogu xukumin dembi culus.
f) Leh akhlaaq wanaagsan.
g) Leh karti, xilgudasho iyo waayo aragnimo uu ku gudan karo waajibaadka
Madaxtinimada.

it should be 35 years or older and who cares who a skinny has as his woman

btw its been like this since 2004 when they published the charter

i have a book at home with all the somali constitutions from 1960 to this charter

40 is the best age of maturity. If s/he is married to shisheeye, s/he could influenced by him/her.

Is this a new constitution,Executive? Or is it the one they had in the days' of Abdullahi Yusuf? If the latter, then it makes sense. Sharica was not in fashion back then.

the requairements to be the president of somalia is easy..

1.. Must have killed at least 10 people

2.. No Formal Qualifications...etc...sheikh sharif...Siyad bare..Abdilahi yusuf..

3.. Must be from the Miyi... etc.. siyad bare..Abdilahi yusuf..Shekih sharif..

4..Must be illiterate, etc, Not speaking proper english.. etc..Siyad bare..Abdilahi yusuf.. Shiekh sharif
