Why the fock do some Somalis refer to Seattle as, "Seattle, Washington" ?

Its as if there is another Seattle where a lot of Somalis live ?

I guess by stating the state, it sorta narrows down the city their in. Same goes for Lewisville imsa lewisville baa jirto in the states, i'm pretty sure their are quite a few.
