1.The Way Home by George Pelecanos, a crime thriller based in Washington, D.C.;
What does this say about Obama? That is conspiracy theorist? We all know he ran his campaign by making Washington the bad guy. He ended being the biggest bad guy with his socialist-obama-care failure.
2. Lush Life by Richard Price, a story of race and class set in New York's Lower East Side;
Ok this tells me Obama is a racist. Glen Beck was right. Speaking of Beck i urge the advertisers to leave him alone. He is a teddy bear.
Anyway-- why does he want to read this race victim deal? The same thing when - out of character he let loose and called a white "Stupid"! Are black people racist?
YES.
At full disclosure: I must mention ALL authors of the five books are WHITE. So i guess, he is not completely a racist.
3 Tom Friedman's Hot, Flat, and Crowded, on the benefits to America of an environmental revolution;
This selection tells me --he is disingenuous. Now why would a black man be concerned about environmental revolution when they daily spew cook-out barbeque smoke in the air!
4. John Adams by David McCullough;
This is reasonable.
5. Plainsong by Kent Haruf, a drama about the life of eight different characters living in a Colorado prairie community.
Huh? This doesnt make sense. ITs not Obama at all. Maybe this book is for his partner in crime- Binbiden?
