Massachusetts is a blue state, of course another Democrat will be in his place.

Too bad he didn't live to see the outcome of the HealthCare Reform. It was truly a passion of his to have universal health care. Its also my believe that he is the reason why many Americans got to be comfortable getting behind Obama in the elections.

Deval Patrick is one of the few AA governors and he is a Democrat.

The Dems still retain a filibuster-proof 59 seat majority out of the 99 filled seats in the Senate
