The Authority of Al-qaidi and other Extremists Questioned?

What I'm saying is, recently there have been alot of bombing and killing of civilians both Moslems and non-moslems by a group of extremists that claim to be Moslems.
so God says if you dispute in a matter go back to the Koran. so what does the Koran says about Muslims killing other people in the name of God.
This is for Muslims targetting other Moslems --like the daily bombing in Iraq.
Koran says:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
"Koran 004.093 : And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is hell; he shall abide in it, and Allah will send His wrath on him and curse him and prepare for him a painful chastisement."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is Muslims dealing with Non-Moslmes
Koran 060.009 : Allah only forbids you respecting those who made war upon you on account of (your) religion, and drove you forth from your homes and backed up (others) in your expulsion, that you make friends with them, and whoever makes friends with them, these are the unjust.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Koran 008.061 : But if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust in Allah: for He is One that heareth and knoweth (all things).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Koran 004.094 : O you who believe! when you go to war in Allah's way, make investigation, and do not say to any one who offers you peace: You are not a believer. Do you seek goods of this world's life! But with Allah there are abundant gains; you too were such before, then Allah conferred a benefit on you; therefore make investigation; surely Allah is aware of
what you do.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
according this and many other verses --I think al-qaidi is doesn't represent Muslims and is not in the best interest of Islam. its time Muslims stand up against this people and reject them.
