Who Owns Land In Somalia?

I am not talking about your Parents or Family members but you the individual.

I own land in Bosaso well my parents first owned it and I bought it form them. Burtinle iyo Galkayo are the other two places I personally own land.

The land in Bosaso should pay for 1/3 of my schooling in a few years
The Land in Galkayo I will built my first villa there once I finish school.
The Land in Burtinle isn't worth much and haven't decided what to do with it just yet.
