Anybody who has actually researched this 'War on Terror', realizes that regardless of Langley propaganda, Al-Qaeda's tactical decisions have been excellent.

I'll try to find the graph showing how much of Afghanistan the Taliban and al-Qaeda directly control. This is with the worlds only hyper power interfering. Unbelievable.
