Ok, you're so conservative you wont even answer that.

I'll give you some advice, when you're tired of making food do what i did.
I bought 20 pieces of chicken, 6 quarter pounder burgers with cheese, fries, coleslaw, pepsi and hotwings for like £30. Spoil yourself.

Very high in saturated fats and sugar - unhealthy

I suggest something light and healthy, which will satisfy your aptitude and not drain you down for your 'Ibada. Salad with toast maybe or fruit and veg.
