Abakar,
In all honesty saan maxa taray? It keeps going forward, then is made to go two steps back. Mogadishu is in a limbo, wants to move forward but there is ALWAYS an element keeping down.
Has there ever been in history a process where Qur'an is read on a city? Is this even allowed in Islam? They should play Surah Baqarah on the whole of mogdishu, so all the shaitans leave. They should sprinkle zamzam water on the entire city, wallahi it badly needs barakah.
