I noticed people who write 'manshaAllah' still pronounce it as 'mashaAllah'

Also while you at it, it's "Leyla Tul Qadri" not "Leyla Tul Qadar"!! as many Somalis call it.

I've never heard anyone pronounce it "ManshaAllah" either...the first time I saw someone write it, I thought it was just a random typo, but then I noticed every other person writes it that way. It's weird that everyone makes the exact same mistake

It Probably came from the word Insha'Allah, as they must think its same rootword or something.
