OK, i guess there are a lot of religious people who come here right ? okay, than I extrapulate from this assumption that those of u who are religious dont like nudity right ? okay then...why oh why is it every time I'm in here there are these TOTALLY outrageous side bar ads that show practicallly nude women. i mean pahleezze, I was typing away today and my roommate comes in and shes like "is dat a porn site" i mean, if u ppl like seeing these ads whatever, but I say get rid of them.

Stu: Whenever a key word is typed into a thread, it gets entered into Google's cache. Therefore, whatever that word is, e.g "auto racing" (I use this as an example, cuz once when Kamal and I were discussing autoracing on these pages, an ad for the Canadian Gran Prix appeared in the sidebar.) an ad related to it will appear. You must have been reading a thread that contained some sort of content relating to dating, or sexuality or the like. Capisc?

I see them all the time and honestly they make being on somalinet so uncomfortable. Whenever I see them, I just open another window and close somalinet fast. I don't want people to think I am a pervert and I don't have the time to explain why there is a half nude lady on my screen. I don't think the admins will remove them though since they make most of their money from advertising.

Devils_Advkt no, I think michael is right becuz just now I see an ad that says "ask jeeves: top fashion searches" which is kind of creepy. and the half nude women ads I see popup when ever I enter a lionheart or suga n spice post: the advertisements I usually see are for singles sites or "post your pic here" ads-which is why I think I'm going to use a cookie blocker or something.

however, if I look into a lion heart post more than twice, which I never will for the rest of my life, I see ads for psychiatric wards and perperation H :lol:

anyway, I still think its kind of creepy that these google ads can do this & actually analyze your posts, I mean I feel like i'm in a Big Brother novel. what next ?? analyzing your emails? (shudder)
