Plus you might want to let your Obstetrician prescribe some anti-nausea meds for you. There are some for pregnant women. Also, if you're taking prenatal vitamins or iron supplements, you might want to stop them, because they also make the nausea worse.
Its the hormonal imbalances as a result of pregnancy that are causing this, its very natural and should go away by the time you're 20 weeks, inshallah.

she hates cola too and thought the doctor was nuts when he recommended that, but it worked![]()
If you are planning to become pregnant you should take folic acid supplements - even if you are healthy and have a good diet. Once pregnant, continue to take the supplements for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you take folic acid supplements it reduces the risk of having a baby born with a defect of their spinal cord such as spina bifida. It probably also reduces the risk of having a baby born with a cleft lip and palate, and of premature labour.
