 Congrats :|

I remember my sis pregnancy, she was miserable wlhi
was throwing up for about 4 months of her first pregnancy- literally, 12-16 hours a day

the things that helped her was ginger, vitamin B6, or vitamin B12 Also bland, watery fruit like grapes and watermelon
and Coca-Cola over ice

Good luck with pooping that baby out

Ginger & green tea help with nausea. Make sure you drink a cup of green tea with plenty of ginger every morning before you eat anything.

Plus you might want to let your Obstetrician prescribe some anti-nausea meds for you. There are some for pregnant women. Also, if you're taking prenatal vitamins or iron supplements, you might want to stop them, because they also make the nausea worse.

Its the hormonal imbalances as a result of pregnancy that are causing this, its very natural and should go away by the time you're 20 weeks, inshallah.

Mabruuk and best regards.

Amethyst, You have to eat! lol

Gemini,

Abaayo, congrats on your 1st baby, may Allah give you a healthy child who will grow up to be a pious. Amiin.

I would suggest having LEMON by your side at all times. But I don't if that is healthy for the baby or not? In any case what Militant said, get the doctors to prescribe you with medicine that stop the nausea. However, when your pregnant you are prescribed 'folic acid' whatever you do, don't stop taking them sis, unless doctor says you can, they are important for the babies health and growth.
If you are planning to become pregnant you should take folic acid supplements - even if you are healthy and have a good diet. Once pregnant, continue to take the supplements for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you take folic acid supplements it reduces the risk of having a baby born with a defect of their spinal cord such as spina bifida. It probably also reduces the risk of having a baby born with a cleft lip and palate, and of premature labour.
