What "hub" are we talking about? Somalia is still Mogadishu. Puntland is only discussed in International affairs within the context of piracy

Mogadishu is still the economic, political and mover/shaker of Somalia. As long as this is the case, I will be content. Mogadishu doesn't need Puntland, it is the other-way around
