Somalia is closely becoming like the Comoros Islands "Union of Comoros". They have a Federal Presidential Republic. 3 Islands (minus a French dominated Island). Each of the Islands have a president who through rotations become the head of State and the head of the government (Union Government). Each island have autonomy over their population but subjected to the union government over issues such as resources sharing etc.
