The first house is kinda fancy, it looks like a pink cake.

and second house is a piece of art, to artful to live in.

beautiful though, compared to the dull, ugly housese in America.

the first one is nicely designed but the colors dont coordinate witch each other.
as for price i would pay about 40 to 50 grand, second one about 30.
