Galey Shiidan
Bur (self raising)
Cusbo
Yeast
garlic and basal

The secret to the best muufo........



Habeenkii Qas (Galeyda) add lil salt and Yeast......
Subuxii.... Ku dar burka self (raisin.) add lilbit of garlic and basal for inii carfiso

Secret of tinaar test......

make the Muuf in ban first.... cover it for couple of mins
then put it on the grill..NOt in the Oven The "Grill' The top part of the oven . Walla... You will have the best muufo ever granteed

grill is the top part of the oven......beacuse if you put the muufo in the oven i won't make it red....it will cook it... you DON"T need to do that coz you've already cooked in the fry ban or bir canjeelo do u get me now


believe me ... you would test real muufo tinaar... if you follow the recipe and cook it that way

Mindhaa maba taqaanid MUUFO Gawso uma baahno ninyahow...Meesha ma lafaa la jajabsanayaa..

Haddeerba waan cunaa muufo laakiin it never tastes the Tinnaar one..Specially the one they used to do in Bilaajo Caran/ Boondheere Area
