If you have even changed the internationally known and Indian origin "roti" to "rodhi" why do you not call your cities Hadhgeisa, Budhco, Bedhbedha, and Bodhama.

No I am not saying Qaldaan is Wrong. I just want to know why you do not follow the mutation of the Somali language you set. If roti became Rodhi, why not Bedhbedha?

Voltage, the answer to your question is simple.

Burco, Berbera & Borame do not contain the letter 'i'.
Hargeisa on the otherhand does but we do not like butchering the somali language (despite popular believes), even in the dictionary bread is refered to as rodhi and the Gujaratis don't say roti but pronounce it as 'rotli'.

The roti the Indians refer to is not the bread as we know it by the way.
It's only fair to replace the 't' with the letters 'd' and 'h'.

I have a close friend who always says Hodel, instead of Hotel. He must be from Northwest Somalia.
