The areas with the highest birth/replacement rates are almost exclusively African or Middle Eastern countries (Niger's birth rate is over 7 births/woman on average). Assuming we ever get an African leader that isn't wildly corrupt or morally destitute (and western European powers let them live), could the next world power come from Africa?
