Ogaden are notorious for being hostile towards any institution or movement which aims to help them, be it the TFG, TPLF or even the general goodwill of other Somalis.

If Majerteen are able to sell them like commodities to Ethiopia and Ogaden still panders to them, that doesn't affect anybody but them.
